There’s a reason that I love this town…
Colin and Kyla got engaged on the radio on the Morning program on Live105. The host of this morning program is Floyd.
I met Floyd for the first time yesterday, here at the studio for a shoot for Sailor Bup’s.
The first time I had heard about this guy who got engaged on the radio was at Sailor Bups while I was out w a few friends, one of whom was Craig Mercer, who is one half of the Scientists of Sound.
When we shot this, Colin + Kyla were in Halifax for an awards dinner as well as a show Colin was headlining at the Marquee w…the Scientists of Sound.
This was a blast and we were really happy that they asked us to shoot for them. We met for a quick session right after sound check and then came back around 1am to shoot SOS on stage that night.
