Jessica + Mike. We’d been waiting for this wedding for a long, long time. Our first photography + video wedding at Lightfoot + Wolfville was not one we will soon forget.
I can’t begin to say enough about Lightfoot + Wolfville as the venue. From the entire staff to the entire property, everything is perfect. I’m not blowing smoke up their ass either. They put a lot of work into the place and it shows. I wouldn’t change a thing. They even managed to have the sun set directly over the vineyard. Perfection!
So you get a location and then you throw in the Halifax Harvest tables, enjoy dinner Family style with the final touches from Elegant Productions and you’ve got the perfect setting. Add the cement floor shaking playlist from True North DJs and a little Halifax Photo Booth and let it rip!
Jessica + Mike added the best part…great people. The entire sweaty bunch of them were nothing short of perfect. Dancing, drinking, taking out their teeth, passing around their teeth, passing around Richards camera, passing around a joint….opinion that this was indeed, a perfect evening.

Dear apple head studio……..where do I begin. I am the groom Mike Porters mother. I want to say a big thank you for capturing the most beautiful, funny, romantic, action shots of the day. You brought out the best in Mike and Jessica, we think they are so special and you made them shine just exactly who and what they are. As I watch over this video it brings back all the love, joy and excitement of the day. The day that goes by way to fast……and now we get to see if over and over again and each time with the same feelings. My husband and I want to say a huge thank you for capturing the day and each moment as we celebrated their love. From the bottom of our hearts…….Thank you. You did an outstanding job and we are still talking about how wonderful you guys were. You reach every corner and stood tall to take your shots and it shows it and we are so happy to have these treasures to look back on.
