Frequently Asked Questions
- What do I wear?
The graduation gowns have a low V neckline and do not cover casual clothes like t-shirts. Guys traditionally wear a shirt & tie, and ladies usually wear a tank top or other low-collar shirt that won’t show. If you are non-binary or want to try your own look that’s no problem – what you wear is up to you!
- What happens if I don’t love my pictures?
The shoot is a collaborative process in which you are heavily involved in making sure you’re happy with what has been photographed before you even leave. You will be able to see your images shot live to a screen right in front of you. If you regret something like your wardrobe, hair etc and would like to try again, you’re welcome to book another session (another sitting fee will apply).
- What happens if I don’t make a purchase within the allotted timeframe?
We allow for up to 14 days to select your final package and submit your payment. In the event that payment isn’t submitted, your proofs gallery will expire and no longer be available for viewing. There is a $25 fee to have your gallery uploaded for another 14 days.
- What is included in post production?
We call it a “glow up”. We will remove small blemishes, brighten eyes, and lightly whiten teeth to your final, purchased image(s). If you would like major changes to your appearance, we offer additional post production for an additional cost (this would include changes to your physical appearance such as eye size, nose sizes, chins, facial hair etc)
- Can I purchase more than one photo?
Yes! You’ll be able to view all of your poses on various backgrounds. Our system allows you to purchase one pose or many, all on your background of choice.
- When will I see my proofs?
During the shoot you will see everything live on an IPad. After the shoot, a gallery will be sent via email, within 7 days. This is how you will view your proofs. Selections must be submitted within 14 days. If no selection has been made within 14 days your photos will be archived. There is a $25 fee to reactivate your gallery.
- How do I tell you what images I would like?
You’ll be able to select any images you want to purchase as well as select your background for each image directly from our online platform.
- How do I pay for my package?
You can submit payment for your package on our site. It’s a simple shopping cart style e-commerce site.
- When will I receive my final photos?
Our standard turnaround time is 7 days or less to receive the edited images if you have purchased a digital package. If you have purchased a print package, expect approx 7-10 days for delivery to your address.
- Can I bring a friend?
Yes! Bring your family, bring your buds, bring your chicken! We offer extended sessions for family and grad group options!
- How many proofs do I get to choose from?
The proofs range from 15-50. We don’t deliver a set number of proofs, we simply show you everything that was shot during your session.
- What should I wear?
We suggest wearing a shirt and tie, or a low cut shirt if you would prefer a shirt not show. The images are chest up, so no need to worry about shoes, pants, etc. We provide the gown and stole for you to wear during your session.
- Who are the photographers + editors?
Liam will be the photographer for your shoot and Steph will take care of everything after that. Here are a few shots of us, along with a few shots of our Barrington Street studio.
